Afrobeats producer, Adegboyega Ikwue Ogunlesi, also known as Adey, has claimed he was shot at during an encounter with Nigeria Police operatives in Lagos.
According to him, the officers who shot at him claimed he tried to kill them on the highway on Monday, January 6.
He claimed that the officers nearly damaged his car by seizing the steering wheel and steering him into a ditch. On his X handle, he wrote:

Similarly, singer Skales slammed police officers in Lagos state for allegedly harassing him because he refused to give them ‘Christmas money’.
Posting his encounter with the police which he said happened on Tuesday, December 3, in Lagos, Skales wrote:
